Terms and reservation policy 

   In order for the reservation to be completed, a deposit of 25% is required. This payment could be made through bank transfer. The total amount should be paid upon arrival. The accommodation can cancel non confirmed reservations if the prepayment data are not valid. Please keep a copy of your reservation evidence and bank transfer and demonstrate it upon your arrival.
The addition of an extra adult bed is charged by 15% of the room price. However, baby cribs are free of charge. VISA and MasterCards are acceptable. 

Cancelation Policy

   Reservation cancellation 21 or more days before the arrival date allows for the initial deposit to be refunded. Reservation cancellation within 21 or less days before the arrival date does not allow for the initial deposit to be refunded. In case of earlier departure, no refund is guaranteed. 

Accommodation Policy

Check in time: After 15:00 pm
Check out time: Until 11:00 am 

Any loss or damage of accommodation belongings would be charged to the responsible guests. This includes loss or damage of glassware, bedsheets, towels, furniture, decoration, electrical appliances etc. The accommodation holds no responsibility in case of loss or damage of guests’ belongings due to natural factors (e.g. fire, flood). 

Pricing Policy

Coverage of the reservation total cost is conducted  in Euro currency. Debit charge is made only for companies, organizations and travel agencies that have previously been approved by the hotel and only concerns the predefined amount.
