We are delighted to welcome you to L&S House; a newly built accommodation that boasts 4 beautifully furnished, modern apartments. Named after zodiac signs, “Libra” and “Leo” are one-bedroom apartments which can host up to 4 guests in total. “Aries” is a two-bedroom suite which can host up to 6 guests in total. Finally, our grand suite, “Scorpio” is a two-storey, two-bedroom apartment which can host up to 6 guests.
Our accommodation offers a safe and pleasant indoor environment, but also provides a serene garden which ensures our guests ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the garden could serve as a supervised space where our little ones can play.
Located at the popular beach resort of Nikiti, Chalkidiki, the accommodation is at close proximity to the beach, 450 meters away from the closest shore. Supermarkets, groceries, bakeries, and a wide variety of other stores are within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. L&S House is close enough to the center so as for our guests to have constant access to a number of facilities while at the same time far enough from the “fuss” so as for their peaceful stay to be ensured.
L&S provides a number of facilities including free Wi-Fi services and private parking space, strictly and exclusively available to our guests.
